BOD Engineering’s Return Policy

BOD Engineering has a 30 day return policy from the delivery date.

Do not return items back to the sender address. 

Products must be in the same condition they were sent in and must be in the original packaging. If the product is visibly used and not in like-new condition a return for refund will not be accepted.  

Please message us with your Order #, name and pictures of the product you are requesting to return in its current condition and state the reason for your return. We will notify you if your request is approved and provide a return address.

A refund or partial refund will only be applied upon inspection and testing of the returned item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item being returned is determined to be defective, BOD Engineering will consume the cost of return shipping.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for Items returned to sender by the carrier due to refusal or non-delivery. A refund will only be processed once the item(s) are back in our possession. 

Defective Items:

Please contact us if you believe you have a defective item. BOD Engineering will contact you to determine if it is an install issue and provide support. If the item still does not work, the item can be returned for a refund or replacement. The item must be returned to us prior to receiving a refund or replacement.
